29-September-2026 : ACM76SA FET Compressor Update V3.4.0 build 290926
Inspired by one of the best known vintage FET compressor / limiters, the ACM76SA provides fast attack to tame the most troublesome dynamics, combined with colourful harmonic drive from the transformer coupled JFET VCA emulation, while the classic 'All Buttons' or 'British' mode offers an additional rich overdrive texture. The ACM76SA Vintage FET Compressor Plugin for Windows and Linux ACM76SA V3.4.0 build 290926 provides the following improvements and bug fixes:
  • Improvement. This update improves the VU meter physics model which replicates the ballistics and overshoot of a mechanical meter movement.
  • Bug fix. This update addresses an issue which could affect the gain reduction meter response for slow sidechain release settings. The compressor DSP model is not affected.
This is a free update for existing users, the ACM76SA is available to download for Windows and Linux PCs at: www.acmt.co.uk
